Ident Analysis
the overall colour of the ident is orange because the ident is set in a desert.the theme of this ident is channel 4, channel 4 would do this by changing the angle of the camera to line up the objects to make the channel 4 logo.in the ident they do not include typography because there ident doesn't include words except the channel 4.Channel 4 would of created this ident for their own channel because it fits in with their corporate identity.Channel 4 have history with their idents having objects in them because they feel its affective to make the channel 4 logo with different objectes in all different ways.The ident that channel 4 have created different because they have thought about other channels idents and come up with something which is very unique and makes them stand out.Channel 4 have an audience which is global, and this is why they will have to do everything they can to make the best possible ident to keep these viewers.
more 4 have created an ident of which has bright and bold colours such as blue yellow pink etc. By doing this more 4 have made an ident which represents the ethos of their channel, and this makes the public think of more 4 which is what they are aiming to do.The ident is at a slow pace and in time with the music which would make the viewer feel comfortable because the visual and audio switch at the ams time.The editing in this ident is quiet basic because it is keeping the music in time with the ident.There is no typography in the ident as it is a visual ident which means just image and no writing.This ident represents their new channel more 4, this is to show the different kinds of programmes they show.The reason to why it is designed like this is because the channels programmes are very relaxing, this is why they create an ident like this to appeal to their target audience.The audience that channel 4 are aiming at is a younger generation because of the use of bright colours.

the overall theme of the ident is red and blue, and this is because theses colours contrast each other very well and this makes the overall image of the ident appealing.throughout the ident the at ors are wearing red and blue so you can tell they have done this to make the ident stand out.The same applies to the logo to make the logo stand out to its target audience.In this ident you can only really see one pace throughout the ident because of it being one fluid shot.In this ident they have removed the audio and added in background music, and this makes the ident have a more relaxing feel to it.ITV2 have purposely creed this ident to aim it at their current target audience, which is aged at around 25-70 years of age.
